This wouldn't work finically for the Magic they don't have the cap and the salaries don't match. Orlando would need to give up another 4 million or so in salary. But the Wolves are not giving up the 2 for an aging vet or a guy with bad knees and 2 irrelevant draft picks. And you don't want rubio trust me, he's played awful the last two years in Spain.
