FSX problems - Engine 2 - Start Valve Open?

On the bottom right of the overhead panel there should be a three-way switch thats labeled "L BOTH R". Switch it to both. Now you should see two 4 way knobs that say "CR OFF CONT FLT". Switch them to OFF. The start valve should be off.
