I am 30. Is it late to enter to Aerospace? (bachelor)?

Good age if you have experience. I'm 22 and have a bachelors in IT, I also love aerospace but the industry wants older people with at least a decade experience. Military is defiantly a huge plus, but 30 might be too late to take that path.
