In Teen Titans, does Terra turn evil and try to kill them all?

When I was younger and Teen Titans was still on the air I always remebered an episode where a blonde girl working for Slade tried to kill the Titans, I especially remembered the parts where she tried to kill Raven by taking her down and almost drowning her with a brown kind of sludge and the part where Robin freaked out 'cause he thought Starfire was dead or something. PLEASE HELP ME OUT!!!
